RANDY HILL

Overview:
Randy Hill uses his experience as a functional consultant
and a certified training instructor (CTT) to contribute to
implementation projects, with particular emphasis on
Oracle Application training. He brings with him, 25 years
of experience covering all areas of Project Accounting,
Purchasing, Discoverer and Project Management in
technical, service industries and federal government.
Randy is an excellent instructor with great interpersonal
and organizational skills, which compliment his abilities
with application setup, facilitation of end-user training,
and development of user and maintenance guides.

Specialties include Project Management, Training Delivery, Implementation, Training Design and Development, Training/Functional Needs Assessment.

Projects / Experience:

· Alcoa Incorporated:
Responsibilities included instructor led training of Oracle Financials 11i, as well as courseware development of student manuals, leaders materials, and needs assessments.

· Merrill Lynch:
Responsibilities included instructor led training of Oracle Financials 11i New Features, as well as courseware development of student manuals, leaders materials, and needs assessments.

· AT&T Broadband:
Responsibilities included instructor led training of Oracle Financials 11i , as well as courseware development of student manuals, leaders materials, and needs assessments.

· Military Sealift Command:
Responsibilities included instruction of Project Costing, Billing, Purchasing, Account Payables and Discoverer in an education environment for the Military Sealift Command. Other responsibilities included standup training, employee coaching and development of user guides, as well as the Point of contact for Oracle Financials within Military Sealift Command.

· Oracle Corporation:
Single point of contact (SPOC) for all Project-related issues within Oracle including testing and development. Responsibilities included instruction of Project Costing, Billing, Advanced Topics and Discoverer in an education environment. Development of curriculum for on-site custom training, standup training, curriculum development and software testing.
